Cancel your contract here

Fill this in and your subscription ends. No sign-in, no reason needed, and no waiting for us to agree — a cancellation takes effect the moment it reaches us.

You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Your account, your scores and the free part of the app are untouched — this ends a paid plan, it does not delete anything. To delete the account itself, use this page instead.

This form needs JavaScript, which is off in your browser. You do not need the form: an email cancels just as effectively. Write to legal@scoreflection.com with the address your subscription is under, whether you are cancelling ordinarily or for cause, and when it should end. We confirm it in writing the same way.

This is how we find the contract — we use no customer numbers.

Your name

Anything else that identifies the contract

Optional. An invoice number, for instance.

Type of cancellation

Ordinary cancellation. The normal one. No reason required. Extraordinary cancellation, for cause. Ends the contract early, and the law asks you to say why.

When it should end

At the next possible date. The end of the period you have paid for. On a particular date.

We send the confirmation here immediately. If this is not the address the subscription is under, we tell that address too — cancelling needs no sign-in, so telling the account holder is how we keep that safe.

None of them is better than this form, and all of them work:

In the app, under Account.
By email to [email protected], or by post to the address in the imprint. No particular form of words is needed.

What applies to a paid plan — the term, the notice, what happens to money already paid — is in section 6 of the terms. If you are still within fourteen days of subscribing, you may have a right of withdrawal instead, which is a stronger right than this one; that is section 7.
