Withdraw from contract

If you took out a paid plan within the last fourteen days, you can withdraw from the contract here. No sign-in and no reason needed — the withdrawal takes effect the moment it reaches us.

Your plan then ends straight away, and you get everything you paid for it back, to the means of payment you used — at the latest fourteen days after your withdrawal reached us. Your account, your scores and the free part of the app are not affected.

This form needs JavaScript, which is turned off in your browser. You do not need the form: an email withdraws just as effectively. Write to legal@scoreflection.com that you withdraw from the contract, with your name and the address the subscription is under. We confirm receipt by email.

The confirmation of receipt goes there straight away. If it is not the address the subscription is under, we tell that address too.

Other ways to withdraw

By email to [email protected] or by post to the address in the imprint. No particular wording is needed; you can use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

The full withdrawal instructions are in section 7 of the terms. If you concluded the contract more than fourteen days ago, you can cancel it at any time.
